Prawn & Lemon Pasta

So here is a super quick and fresh mid week meal that I cooked a few nights ago. So I though I would share.



What you Need for 2 people!

Dry pasta (again I eye balled it)
Cooked Prawns ( I just eye balled it so can't give an exact amount)
1/2 fresh red chilli finely slices
1 Lemon
2 Cloves of garlic finely diced
2 Spring Onions diced
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

What you do!

Cook the pasta as stated on the packet.  I used tagliatelle and cooked it for about 12min

While the pasta is cooking heat the olive oil in a frying pan.  On a meduim heat cook chilli and garlic for 3min.

Add spring onions and zest of half the lemon to the pan and cook a further 3min.

Once pasta is cooked add to the frying pan, stir in a little extra olive oil and juice from half the lemon. 

Season to taste!
